Wash & Care

Our footwear is developed for people with dynamic, on-the-go routines, built to withstand frequent movement, varied environments, and everyday wear. Because of this continuous use, routine cleaning becomes an important part of keeping them looking and performing their best. The materials and construction are designed with durability in mind, allowing the shoes to be cleaned regularly without losing their shape, comfort, or functional performance. With simple care habits, it is easy to bring back a clean, refreshed appearance and extend the overall lifespan of each pair.

For users who prefer machine washing, many of our footwear styles can safely be cleaned using a standard household washing machine. Before washing, it is recommended to remove the laces and insoles to ensure a more thorough and gentle clean. Any loose dust, dirt, or dried residue on the surface should be brushed off or wiped away using a soft cloth or dry brush. Once prepared, placing the shoes inside a mesh laundry bag or a similar protective covering helps reduce friction during the wash cycle and preserves the integrity of the material. A pillowcase can also be used as an alternative if a dedicated wash bag is not available. The machine should be set to a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water, and only a small amount of mild detergent should be used. Harsh cleaning agents, especially bleach or fabric softeners, should be avoided as they may weaken the fabric or alter the shoe’s texture. After washing, it is best to gently remove excess water and allow the shoes to air dry naturally. A shaded, well-ventilated space works best, and direct exposure to high heat sources or tumble dryers should be avoided to prevent material distortion. Once dry, the footwear may initially feel slightly firm, but normal wear will quickly restore its natural comfort and fit.

For those who prefer manual cleaning, hand washing provides a controlled and equally effective alternative. Light surface marks can often be removed using a damp cloth or soft brush with minimal effort. For a more detailed cleaning process, the laces should be soaked in warm soapy water while the rest of the shoe is cleaned separately. A soft-bristled brush, such as a toothbrush, can be used to gently scrub away dirt from the outsole and fabric areas, working carefully to avoid damaging delicate sections. After scrubbing, a clean damp cloth should be used to wipe away any remaining soap or residue from the surface. The insoles and laces should then be rinsed thoroughly and left to dry completely before being placed back into the shoe.

Because footwear naturally absorbs moisture during daily wear, especially in the insole area, odor buildup can occasionally occur over time. To help maintain long-term freshness, replacing insoles periodically can be an effective solution. High-comfort replacement insoles are available and designed with breathable, moisture-managing materials to support daily use. This simple update can significantly improve comfort and refresh the overall feel of the shoe without requiring a full replacement pair.

Maintaining clean footwear is not only about appearance but also about preserving comfort, hygiene, and long-term usability. Regular care ensures that the shoes continue to provide consistent support, cushioning, and reliability through everyday activities, making them a dependable part of any active lifestyle.
